Darcey & Greg Adrian

Darcey works as Recruitment Manager at Opportunities for Employment in downtown Winnipeg. Her experience includes planning advertising and marketing initiatives, developing promotional materials for programs and recruitment, graphic design, and corporate communications. Through her work, she helps connect people with opportunities that can strengthen their confidence, skills, and future.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Manitoba and began his career with Manitoba’s Food Safety Branch as a field inspector. He has completed nearly 1,000 inspections across the province, working with businesses ranging from bakeries and breweries to beef-processing and specialty food facilities. His experience also includes processed-food inspections and meat-hygiene oversight in provincial abattoirs.

For the past decade, Greg has served in a supervisory role and now leads Manitoba’s team of five food-processing inspectors. He has also acted as a lead investigator in enforcement matters, including tickets and court cases. Throughout his career, Greg has remained committed to supporting inspectors and food processors while helping protect public confidence in Manitoba’s food-safety system.

Darcey and Greg also serve faithfully at Grant Church, where they have taught a variety of biblical classes over the years. Together, they use their professional experience, leadership, and love for God’s Word to encourage others and make a meaningful difference in their church and community.
