COMMUNITY CARE

Physical and spiritual care for those who need it most

NEED PRAYER?

We want to join you in prayer. Send your prayer request online or look for someone in a red lanyard on Sunday morning.

REAL SUPPORT GROUP

In our society today, anxiety and depression are increasingly difficult challenges for many. This fall, Grant is again offering a support group for men and women of all ages who face mental health issues. Our REAL (Real Encouragement for Anxious/depressed Living) support group is a safe place to share struggles among those who can empathize. We uphold one another and share strategies and faith stories. We disarm Satan in his attempts to isolate those who fight anxiety, and we invite God to make His power perfect in our weakness.

STEPHEN MINISTRY

During the worst moments of your life, we want to be there for you. We have Stephen Minister's who have received training in providing emotional and spiritual care for those who are hurting. They would love to walk alongside you.

COMMUNITY CARE

If you find that you are in need of care, need someone to share your burden with, or someone to pray with, or if you need help in connecting to a specific resource, we want you to know that we are ready to walk together with you.

RECOVERING FROM THE LOSSES OF LIFE

This class offers encouragement and practical guidance for anyone who has lost a loved one through death, has experienced another profound loss or has unresolved grief. Learn how God’s Word will help you through the grieving process to recovery. In this class, you will journey together with others who have walked similar journeys of grief and loss as we study together the Word of God and support one another.

HOME & HOSPITAL

Illness and infirmity can isolate a person from their church community. We would love to connect with you and offer prayer, Godly encouragement, and keep you updated on Grant, so you don't miss anything.

COUNSELLING

We believe the Bible is God’s written instruction for how we should live and that it speaks to the practical issues we face in life. Because we are made in the image of God, we seek to care for the whole person: body, soul, and spirit. We cannot fully understand ourselves without first recognizing that we are sinners in need of God’s grace. If you’re going through a difficult season, carrying a burden, or simply need someone to talk with, please reach out to one of our pastors (care@grantchurch.ca). We would be happy to sit down with you, listen to what you’re experiencing, pray with you, and walk alongside you as you seek God’s wisdom and direction.
