Shannon’s position at Grant Church is World Mission Coordinator. She has the honour and privilege to be able to provide care for Grant’s endorsed missionaries, facilitate short-term mission trips, and work with Grant's Strategic Partners, as well as provide administrative support to Steve Bock, who continues to direct World Mission. Shannon has been married to her high school sweetheart, Dino since 1994 when they moved from Kenora, ON to Winnipeg to pursue employment as teachers in a private Christian school. Their firstborn, Jake, is married to Maeghan and they are expecting their first child. Sofi is married to Mark and works as a nurse in home care. Eli is in Engineering at the U of M and Cate will graduate from LCS in 2026 and move on to study Social Work. Shannon started volunteering at Grant when they began attending in 2001, beginning in Children’s Ministry, then Women’s Ministry and finally with World Mission. She has loved having the opportunity to serve with her fellow congregants! What you may not know about Shannon is that she loves to travel and is up for a trip just about anywhere, anytime.
