Plan To Protect Training

As part of our screening process, various volunteer positions at Grant Memorial are required to take the Plan to Protect course. Grant is committed to creating a safe place for all who attend or are served by Grant Memorial. Plan to Protect is an exceptional training tool that we utilize to ensure a secure environment for children, youth, vulnerable adults, and volunteers participating in church activities.

The course includes the definition of child abuse, appropriate and inappropriate touch, and proper discipline. This course also provides a general knowledge of reporting and documenting child abuse.
