Conflict is inevitable–division is not. Whether in church ministry or gathered around the dinner table, disagreements either fracture or strengthen relationships. Learn biblical principles and practices to humbly listen well and lovingly speak the truth with grace. Transform challenging conversations into opportunities for spiritual growth by being rooted in unity when faced with differing opinions–doing so provides a positive way forward.

We’re excited to invite you to the next step on our Growth Track in 2026. These four one-hour experiences, opportunities to deepen your faith, have never before been offered in this format. Join us for lunch at 12:30 pm in room 144, then move to your session at 1 pm (childcare is provided). Check out the options available below.

Presenter:
Jeff is the Winnipeg Area Director with the Correctional Service of Canada. He has worked for the federal government for over 25 years. He and his wife, Shannon, are dedicated members of Grant and are involved in Young Adult Ministry, Hospitality and Kids’ Ministry. Jeff is the father of 4 children and has been married to Shannon for over 30 years. This, coupled with managing a unionized work environment, has provided numerous opportunities to engage in difficult conversations. Jeff is passionate about learning and helping others navigate difficult situations with grace.
